Warehouse Keeper/Appointment Maker

Coco HealthCare is a premium supplier in healthcare and we provide incontinence pads to elderly people who live at aged care facilities or their own home. Due to a growing demand from our customers, we are now looking for One warehouse keeper and customer services to join us (can be full-time, depending on your skills)

Tasks include the following (not exhaustive):

  • Packing, loading, and preparing documents (invoices/delivery notes) for customer deliveries;
  • Receiving supplies and checking receipts with purchwarehouse keeperase orders to insure that correct quantity and quality of items have been supplied;
  • Shelving, rotating or placing stock received in proper storage areas;
  • Assisting in periodic physical inventory of stock on hand and in maintaining perpetual inventories;
  • Operating and servicing light truck/van and a forklift;
  • Keeping shelves, stock, other warehousing facilities and office areas clean;
  • Dealing with customers’ inquiries;
  • Conducting market research (e.g. initiating contact with prospective customers);
  • Assisting senor staff in terms of appointment set ups.

Recent graduated nurses are encouraged to apply! Ideal candidates are people with a working experience (e.g. incontinence management) in the sector of aged care.

Access to a car and Forklift license are a must!
