Samples can only be requested by a genuine person or representative of a company. By entering your details, you confirm that they are correct & that you are ordering a sample for yourself or a person or company you have received permission to do so from.
Samples can only be requested be a person or company with a delivery address in Australia. Sample requests with delivery addresses outside of Australia will not be processed.
Valui Healthcare reserves the rights to deny and/or modify sample requests for any reason.
By requesting a sample, you agree to Valui Healthcare handling your data for the purpose of the fulfillment of your request, including but not limited to calls or emails for data verification & physical delivery of your samples.
Any given individual or company can only receive samples once per calendar year. Subsequent requests during the same calendar year will not be processed.
Valui Healthcare reserves the right to report individuals in breach of these terms & conditions (e.g., false information, spam requests, unauthorized/unsolicited requests for third parties) to the relevant authorities.
